CHILDREN'S CHURCH

We celebrate our children and are happy to provide a wonderful program of Bible-based activities during the 10:00 AM service on Sundays. Children sit with their parents during the service, come forward for a short Children's sermon, and then are excused to Children's Church for the remainder of the service.

 

Parents enjoy a chance to focus on their own worship, and children do projects, and take part in activities that help them learn the basic message of the day's readings. They are encouraged to share their experiences with their parents and talk about the things they learn. Children as young preschool age and through elementary school are welcome to enjoy this program, led by Barb Thunell, a certified teacher in the Stoughton Public School District.

 

Babysitting is available for kids who are too young for Children's Church. This is provided by a paid, licensed childcare provider during the 10 AM service, and during the 9:00 Christian Education time.
